For the past year, I’ve been “self-coached”. It’s been OK, fun, frustrating, and a great learning experience (also I realize that I started to just follow someone’s ITU training plan, since obviously I race ITU all the time…).

This week, all that’s changed! I started working with a coach! I’ve known and respected Felicia for a long time, I ran into her at Pacific Crest and we started talking about coaching – things just clicked. I’m excited :) .

Grrr…I know…coaching yourself…that is what I am doing right now and I am not liking it because I always do too much or not enough…and then I end up injured :-(
Let me know if PTS wants to built a Pro Team :-)

You were following someone’s ITU plan?
