We went skiing! It was kind of hard. I did OK by myself on the bunny slope but then Ben was like “oh this lift has a really easy run too, it’s just longer than the bunny slope” and next thing you know, I am spending a ton of time on my butt (so, by the way, was Chris) as a million snowboarders and skiers come careening down this really steep and scary hill. Eventually I made it, after doing this zig-zag pattern that involved falling over at almost every corner in order to turn around. It was exhausting! I did sort of figure out how to put my weight on the upper ski and point it down and turn and lift and turn the other ski or whatever, but unfortunately we didn’t get video footage of me not completely sucking. That’s OK. It was fun anyway. Also I borrowed Ben’s sister’s old ski stuff from like 1995. Remember how “big” was “in” back in the 90’s? Susan is smaller than I am but this outfit is big enough for a house! (Also I think Susan is a really good skier, which might make a difference?)

That looks like such fun! When are you coming to denver to come ski with me? We can downhill and skate ski the same day! What size shoe are you, if I remember we might be the same size? I have an extra pair of ski boots…they’re yours if they fit.

Got the sweet suit…thanks. You did a great job designing it, its pretty. i’m sorry you had the pig. that stinks.

    happy turkey day!
