This will be a short one, because I am still just packing and cleaning and job hunting and I don’t know if you are bored of reading about it, but I am certainly bored of writing about it!

Except for one thing. It’s “eat everything left in the fridge” week. Tonight’s meal: arugula, pasta, bleu cheese, avocado, TJ’s tomato sauce, all in the microwave (which I cleaned already so I COVERED that dish with like ten layers of plastic wrap). Now oatmeal for dessert, with frozen mango and almond milk. Not sure about the mango part.

The kicker though?

I found tequila in the freezer!!!!! Packing is suddenly so much more fun!

Don’t worry folks, my ten-day weekend in Seattle is just a couple days away and I’ll be back to interesting blog posts ;-)

Never thought about having oatmeal for dessert…good idea! Glad your packing led to a reward – though I bet it ultimately slowed down your progress a tad. Have fun in Seattle!!

Wait, you’re coming to Seattle? If you have time we should totally hang out. Seriously, give me a call – we’ll kick it.

Omg i was writing a response and then I saw Ben’s comment and I literally laughed out loud. What a dork!

Anyway, if you can do tequila shots I have a whole newfound respect for you. Hope the apt cleaning out is going great, Court!
